The Assistant Manager - People Operations will play a pivotal role in managing, streamlining, and scaling our People operations. This person will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, manage HR systems, and ensure seamless service delivery.
This role requires a data-driven, highly organized professional who can balance hands-on execution with strategic process improvements to elevate the overall employee experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Employee Lifecycle Management & Onboarding
- Onboarding & Integration: Plan, execute, and continuously improve the onboarding journey for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and positive first impression.
- Background Verification (BGV): Support and monitor the end-to-end BGV process managed by third-party vendors, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
- Probation & Confirmations: Manage the end-to-end probation tracking and confirmation process within Workday, coordinating with department heads for evaluations and issuing confirmation letters.
