We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Social Media Strategist to lead the social media growth strategy for our international e-commerce brand.

This is not just a content posting or community management role. We are looking for someone who can develop and execute a complete social media strategy focused on brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create platform-specific growth strategies based on business objectives and target audiences.
- Develop monthly and quarterly social media growth plans.
- Analyze competitors, industry trends, audience behavior, and successful content formats.
- Build strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, website traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Develop content pillars, content themes, campaign concepts, and storytelling strategies.
- Plan organic campaigns around product launches, seasonal events,



promotions, trends, and key business priorities.
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and marketing teams to turn strategy into high-performing content.
- Guide the creative team on what type of content should be produced and why.
- Develop strategies for Reels, short-form videos, carousels, static posts, Stories, UGC, influencer content, and other formats.
- Identify opportunities to leverage trends while maintaining brand identity.
- Monitor social media performance and regularly analyze what is working and what needs improvement.
- Use data and insights to continuously test, optimize, and improve the social media strategy.
- Prepare regular performance reports with explicit insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, platform features, content trends, and consumer behavior.
