We're looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our business development and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, has an interest in digital marketing, and wants to grow in the certification/consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings/calls for the sales team
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM/Excel
- Assist in preparing quotations and proposals

Marketing Support
- Assist in creating content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Support execution of digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Coordinate with designers/freelancers for creatives and flyers
- Track basic campaign performance metrics

Client Coordination
- Respond to client queries about ISO certification processes




- Coordinate documentation and follow-ups between clients and the certification team
- Ensure timely communication and client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with social media platforms; basic content/marketing exposure is a plus
- Self-motivated with willingness to learn and take ownership
- Freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
