About the Role

The Leather Laundry is looking for a SEO & Digital Marketing Executive responsible for improving the company’s online visibility, organic search rankings, website traffic, lead generation, and digital advertising performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy for The Leather Laundry.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research based on search volume, competition, user intent, services, and business objectives.
- Identify keywords for leather cleaning, handbag restoration, shoe restoration, luxury bag repair, leather repair, restoration services, and related services.
- Monitor Google search rankings and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and implement recommendations.
- Analyze competitors and identify gaps in their SEO strategy.
- Improve organic traffic, rankings, visibility, and qualified leads.





2. On-Page SEO
- Optimize website pages for targeted keywords and search intent.
- Optimize:
- Page titles
- Meta titles
- Meta descriptions
- H1, H2, and H3 headings
- URLs
- Image alt text
- Internal links
- Content structure
- Keyword placement
- Identify pages with poor rankings, low traffic, or low conversion rates and optimize them.
- Improve website content for both search engines and users.
- Implement internal linking strategies.
- Optimize service pages, landing pages, category pages, and blog content.

3. Off-Page SEO
- Develop and execute an effective Off-Page SEO and link-building strategy.
- Identify relevant and high-quality websites for backlinks.
- Build quality backlinks through:
- Guest posting
- Digital PR
- Business listings
- Relevant directories
- Brand mentions
- Outreach
- Partnerships
- Monitor backlink quality and identify harmful or low-quality links
