- Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Contract Administration: Administer, review, and validate sales contracts, including contract and order processing coordination with Client Service teams, to accurately recognize revenue and establish appropriate billing plans.
- Compliance Management: Ensure billing and revenue recognition practices are compliant with US GAAP, statutory requirements, and company policies, while monitoring regional statutory compliance and providing guidance on related statutory and tax accounting.
- Collaboration with Client Service Teams: Partner with Client Service teams and Client Service leadership to streamline revenue and billing processes, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Financial Closing and Reconciliations: Support the financial closing process by performing accurate revenue and billing reconciliations, including month-end activities, accruals, provisions, and ensuring the integrity of financial records in accordance with US-GAAP/Statutory rules and Global COE processes.
- Process Improvement:



Identify and implement process improvements in revenue and billing processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, including recommendations to evolve the revenue function.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on billing and revenue metrics, providing regional input and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Support: Provide support and guidance to finance and non-finance teams, including FP&A; and Consolidation teams on revenue recognition, billing practices, and related IT/Digital projects (e.g., SAP Order To Invoice, Microsoft Dynamics)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
