Your Impact: We're hiring a Lead Software Engineer to own the technical direction of EDR/MDR’s core platform. You will set architectural standards, drive cross-cutting initiatives across our Go& Python services, mentor a team of engineers, and partner with product, SRE, and security to deliver a reliable, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS.



This is a hands-on lead role — expect to spend a significant portion of your time in code, design reviews, and production debugging.

What the role offers:
- Own the end-to-end architecture of the platform: ingest pipeline (Kafka), back-office services, front end APIs, detection/alerting, and data stores (PostgreSQL, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Redis).
- Define and enforce engineering standards: code review, testing, observability, security, and release practices (CI/CD, pre-commit hooks, containerized builds).
- Drive multi-tenant concerns: data isolation, retention policies, partner/customer/integration data model, RBAC, and PKI/mTLS between agents and the platform.
- Design for scale: throughput, indexing strategy, retention/lifecycle, and cost on Elasticsearch/OpenSearch clusters.
- Mentor engineers through design docs, pairing, and code review; grow the team's depth in distributed systems and security engineering.
