About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager - Field Sales to lead field sales teams, drive revenue growth, improve team productivity, and achieve business targets across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage field sales teams to achieve assigned sales targets.

Drive revenue, productivity, customer acquisition, and conversion performance.

Manage daily team performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.

Handle and monitor Field Sales and Telesales teams.

Conduct regular field visits and provide coaching and guidance to team members.

Train and onboard new team members.

Track sales performance and prepare/monitor MIS and performance reports.

Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and team productivity.

Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and quality standards.





Build a strong performance-driven culture within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation is mandatory.

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in field sales.

Strong B2C & Field Sales experience - Mandatory.

Proven team handling/people management experience - Mandatory.

Experience managing Field Sales and Telesales teams.

Strong exposure to on-ground sales and business development.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and manage a target-oriented sales team.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Target-oriented and highly motivated.

Strong in team leadership and people management.

Comfortable working in a field-sales workplace.

Excellent at communication and relationship management.

Capable of handling pressure and meeting deadlines.
