About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Fashion Consultant to drive sales and customer experience at our kiosk at Palladium. The role requires strong premium customer handling, styling skills, CRM utilisation and the ability to support the team in achieving kiosk performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive individual and kiosk sales targets and consistently deliver against business objectives.
- Take ownership of customer interactions, particularly premium and high-value customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalised product and styling recommendations.
- Drive key retail KPIs including Conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity and repeat customer sales.
- Leverage CRM data to identify customer opportunities, track purchase history and drive personalised follow-ups.
- Build a robust customer database and ensure accurate and timely CRM updates.




- Proactively engage with existing customers for new collections, launches, occasions and cross-selling opportunities.
- Drive repeat purchases, customer retention and customer referrals.
- Maintain strong product and brand knowledge and effectively communicate the Isharya brand story.
- Support the FC team with customer handling, product recommendations and selling techniques.
- Assist in monitoring daily sales performance and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, ATV and UPT.
- Ensure the kiosk is maintained as per VM, grooming and brand standards.
- Support stock management, replenishment, stock checks and coordination with internal teams.
- Handle customer queries and complaints and ensure a high-quality resolution.
- Support the ASM in daily kiosk operations, team coordination and target achievement.
- Act as a role model for customer service, grooming, selling behaviour and brand representation
