About the Role:
Flybunch Ventures Pvt Ltd is looking for a energetic Team Leader / Assistant Manager / Manager - International Sales to drive and manage international B2B sales across Europe, Asia, UAE, and the US. This is a high-impact, critical leadership role — you will manage a team of 5-10 Executives while personally owning and achieving your own individual sales target, making this a true hybrid leadership position for someone who wants to lead from the front. Along with driving overall team target achievement, the incumbent will be equally responsible for achieving their own individual revenue target — this role is not purely supervisory, and hands-on selling is a core, non-negotiable part of the job.

Shift Window: Given our client base is heavily concentrated across US and European markets,



this role follows working hours aligned with international time zones to ensure real-time engagement with overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership_
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-10 Executives responsible for maturing inbound/outbound leads and closing negotiations.
- Drive team performance to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs—call quality, lead conversion rate, deal closures, and account retention.
- Conduct regular training, call audits, and coaching sessions to sharpen the team's pitch, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Own and resolve escalations, stepping in to close high-value or complex international deals.
- Individual Contribution_
- Own and achieve a personal individual sales target in addition to overall team target achievement—this is a core, measured part of the role.
