Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) is a national platform working towards Education, Employment, Economic Empowerment and Social Development initiatives across India. AMP collaborates with professionals, institutions, donors and communities to create sustainable social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end operations of AMP projects and initiatives
- Oversee project execution, planning, reporting and process improvements
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of targets
- Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, volunteers and internal departments
- Develop SOPs and improve operational efficiency
- Support expansion and implementation of social impact programs
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (Postgraduate / Management preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Operations / Project Management / Team Leadership
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and reporting tools
- Experience in NGO / Social Sector preferred
- Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders
