We are looking for a creative, organized and proactive Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage and coordinate digital marketing activities for multiple businesses.

The role involves social media management, content planning, content creation, coordinating shoots and editors, occasional video shooting, campaign execution and ensuring that marketing activities are completed consistently and on time.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media and content but is also organized enough to coordinate people, deadlines and multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain social media content calendars.
- Manage content for Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and other digital channels.
- Create ideas for Reels, posts, Stories and marketing campaigns.
- Write or assist with scripts, captions, hooks and content concepts.
- Schedule and publish social media posts.
- Coordinate content shoots with employees, freelancers, models, influencers and creators.
- Occasionally shoot Reels, product videos, Stories and other content using a smartphone/camera.:




- Capture quick content when recent products, offers or events require immediate posting.
- Coordinate with freelance video editors, designers and photographers.
- Review edited content and coordinate revisions.
- Assist with influencer and creator collaborations.
- Assist with Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate offers and campaign requirements with different business teams.
- Update and maintain Google Business Profiles.
- Monitor comments, messages and basic social media engagement.
- Track leads and basic marketing performance.
- Prepare simple weekly/monthly marketing reports.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, ideas, scripts, captions and marketing execution.
- Ensure planned marketing activities actually happen on schedule.

Skills We're Looking For
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels and social media.
