Teaching and Curriculum Development: Deliver undergraduate courses in marketing, finance, HR, accounting, and organizational behavior; modernize syllabi and LMS content; integrate case studies, simulations, and industry projects; and manage assessments and academic integrity.
- Research and Scholarship: Conduct and publish original management research, pursue grants and corporate partnerships, present at conferences, and supervise student research and capstone projects.
- Student Mentorship and Guidance: Support students with career planning, internships, placements, academic consultations, and early intervention for struggling learners.
- Institutional Service and Leadership: Participate in academic, admissions, accreditation, and curriculum committees; mentor junior faculty; and contribute to departmental strategy and institutional initiatives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
