Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers and introduce Turbo Tech Engineers' products and services.
- Follow up with existing and recent customers to convert enquiries into orders.
- Prepare quotations, share product information, and coordinate with customers regarding orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Research new markets, customers, distributors, workshops, and potential business opportunities.
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the internal team for pricing, availability, and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Support digital marketing activities, social media promotions, exhibitions, and other marketing campaigns.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Monitor competitors and market trends and provide feedback to the management.

Additional Responsibility
- Participate in product videos, reels, social media content,



promotional videos, and product demonstrations as a company representative/model.
- Good confidence and presentation skills in front of the camera are required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and customer follow-ups.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
