- Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire vehicle rental process from initial inquiry to vehicle return, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
- Process rental agreements, contracts, and related documentation accurately and efficiently, explaining terms and conditions clearly to customers.
- Conduct thorough pre-rental and post-rental inspections of vehicles, documenting any existing damage and ensuring vehicles are clean and fueled.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information about available vehicles, pricing, and rental policies, and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all rental transactions, vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and customer information using fleet management software.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department or external service providers for routine servicing, repairs,



and accident recovery to ensure fleet readiness.
- Actively engage in sales and business development activities to attract new clients, build solid customer relationships, and achieve rental targets.
- Educate customers on vehicle safety features, operational procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Monitor fleet utilization rates and identify opportunities to optimize vehicle deployment and revenue generation.
- Prepare regular reports on rental performance, fleet status, and customer feedback for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements related to vehicle rentals.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
