About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing activities across multiple channels.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Create weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Analyze traffic, conversions, revenue, customer acquisition cost, ROAS, and campaign profitability.
- Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Present campaign performance and recommendations to management.

Digital Marketing Strategy




- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Set marketing KPIs, targets, budgets, and performance benchmarks.
- Identify current digital marketing opportunities and emerging trends.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue.

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns as applicable.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, CAC, and overall campaign profitability.
