Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production operations
- Monitor productivity, output, and process efficiency
- Maintain production records and reporting systems
- Coordinate with laboratory and quality teams
- Ensure adherence to safety standards
- Supervise and guide plant operators and helpers
- Support implementation of SOPs and manufacturing best practices
