Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Counseling & Conversion:_
- Engage with prospective students and guide them through the complete enrollment

process.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses accordingly.

- Manage and regularly update CRM with accurate lead and admission details.
- Follow up on leads generated through different marketing channels.
- Maintain proper tracking of pending, converted, and follow-up leads.
- Customer Relationship Management:_
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
- Maintain a qualified and student-centric approach throughout the admission journey.
- Provide timely support and guidance to students whenever required.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):_
- Achievement of monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Lead-to-admission conversion ratio.
- Daily calling and follow-up efficiency.
- Timely and accurate CRM updates.
- Qualifications & Skills:_
