Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Identify, approach, and onboard referral partners including pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, wellness centers, gyms, insurance advisors, and corporate organizations.
- Generate recent business opportunities through field visits, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Drive revenue growth through partnerships and business development initiatives.

Corporate Sales




- Present and pitch Gleuhr’s services to corporates and institutions.
- Generate leads and schedule client meetings.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to successful onboarding.

Partner Network Development
- Build and manage a referral partner ecosystem.
- Train partners on Gleuhr services and referral processes.
- Ensure regular engagement and activation of partners.
- Monitor partner performance and support revenue generation.

Reporting & Target Achievement
- Maintain CRM and sales records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Achieve assigned revenue and partnership targets.
