Job Description (JD) - Personal Driver

Position: Personal Driver
Location: Richmond Circle Area, Bengaluru
Working Hours: 08:30 AM to 03:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive family members to offices, schools, appointments, shopping, and other destinations.
- Report for duty at 08:30 AM and remain available until 03:30 PM.
- Plan routes to avoid traffic delays and ensure timely arrivals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle at all times.
- Conduct daily checks of fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, and overall vehicle condition.
- Schedule and coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and pollution/insurance renewals.
- Maintain a log of vehicle usage, fuel expenses, and service records if required.
- Follow all traffic rules and drive responsibly.
- Assist with small errands or document deliveries when requested.
- Immediately report any accidents, damages, or vehicle issues to the employer.

Eligibility Criteria
- Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving Licence.




- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a personal or family driver.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru roads, especially Richmond Circle, Central Bengaluru, and surrounding areas.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to communicate in Kannada. Knowledge of Hindi and/or English will be an added advantage.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of the family.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working for a residential family or senior executives.
- Flexible to work occasional extra hours if required (with prior notice and applicable overtime, if any).

Salary & Advantages

- Weekly off: One day per week (to be mutually decided)
