- Key Responsibilities:
- Product Portfolio & Messaging: Develop and maintain a unified product portfolio view, defining core use cases, creating internal cheat-sheets, and ensuring clear and consistent messaging across teams.
- Sales Enablement & GTM Strategy: Partner with Sales Enablement to cross-train global GTM teams and drive readiness for key product launches, ensuring alignment with the overall GTM strategy.
- Customer-Facing Materials: Create and publish impactful customer-facing materials, including a global company/product overview deck, a roadmap view, and tailored playbooks for mid-market and verticals.
- ICP Framework & Positioning: Finalize the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) framework and positioning guide, transforming it into a sales and marketing enablement tool.
- Product Learning & Insights: Host regular product learning sessions, conduct competitive and market insights briefings, and publish thought leadership materials to keep the organization informed and engaged.
- Partner & Market Support:



Support partner sales teams with foundational PMM and GTM materials and help drive cross-sell strategies, pricing/packaging, and the development of a unified Sales Hub.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing GTM strategies, sales enablement, and product positioning.
- Robust communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging for both internal and external audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and GTM teams.
- Experience working with mid-market and enterprise sales teams to drive pipeline growth and product adoption.
