Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR:
- Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for technicians, operators, helpers, drivers, electricians, welders, service engineers, and other blue-collar positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume recruitment for multiple positions.
- Coordinate collection and verification of joining documents.
- Support background/reference verification wherever required.
- Coordinate with manpower consultants and recruitment agencies.
- Track recruitment targets, interview status, selection, offer, and joining numbers.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Ensure recruitment is completed within the required timeline.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment.




- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of local labour markets and blue-collar hiring channels.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma / HR-related qualification preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Interviews scheduled.
- Selection-to-offer ratio.
- Offer-to-joining ratio.
- Monthly successful joinings.
- Time taken to close vacancies.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
