Role Description

Qualifications
- Proficiency in jewellery production processes, techniques, and materials
- Ability to oversee and manage production teams to meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and control in manufacturing
- Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination




- Problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and trends in jewellery design and production
- Bachelor’s degree in jewellery design, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools (a plus)
- Prior experience in a managerial role within the jewellery industry is an advantage

Major skills:
- 3+ years of Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry experience
- 3+ years of experience in Production

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
