We are looking for a smart, organized and technology-friendly CRM & Marketing Automation Executive to help manage CRM systems, WhatsApp automation, customer onboarding, digital campaigns and business automation.

The role combines technology, marketing operations, customer onboarding and coordination.

Programming experience is not required. Training will be provided on the platforms we use.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Customer Management
- Manage and maintain customer information in CRM systems.
- Create and maintain sales pipelines and lead stages.
- Import, clean and organize customer databases.
- Segment customers for marketing and follow-up campaigns.
- Assign and track leads.
- Monitor pending customer follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy.
- Generate basic CRM and sales reports.

WhatsApp & Marketing Automation
- Assist with WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Business API setups.
- Configure WhatsApp templates and campaigns.
- Set up basic chatbot and automation workflows.
- Configure automated customer follow-ups.




- Assist with customer segmentation and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Test automations before deployment.
- Monitor campaigns and identify issues.
- Coordinate resolution of technical/platform issues.

Customer Onboarding
- Assist with onboarding customers onto our CRM and WhatsApp automation platforms.
- Collect information and requirements from current customers.
- Configure basic customer accounts and settings.
- Import customer contacts and databases.
- Configure basic CRM pipelines, templates and workflows.
- Assist customers with Meta Business setup and verification processes.
- Test customer setups before going live.
- Train customers on basic platform usage.
- Maintain onboarding checklists.
- Follow up with customers for pending requirements.
- Coordinate support requests after onboarding.

Marketing Operations
- Assist the marketing team with CRM-based campaigns.
- Maintain campaign and lead-source information.
