Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate with clients clearly and confidently regarding their requirements and concerns.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about clinic services and treatments.
- Maintain excellent customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls.
- Book, confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments effectively.
- Ensure maximum conversion of enquiries into confirmed appointments and clinic visits.
- Follow up with clients who have not confirmed or have missed their appointments.
- Handle customer objections and queries related to treatments, pricing, timings, and appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, therapists, and the clinic team regarding appointments.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, bookings, and client feedback.




- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly callings.
- Ensure a smooth and qualified customer experience from the first call until the client's clinic visit.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Good convincing and objection-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and appointment-booking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and leads simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Clinical/healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
