Role Description The Purchase Executiverole is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The Purchase Executive will handle end-to-end procurement activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and tracking purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and machine components. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating suppliers,



obtaining and comparing quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and maintaining vendor relationships in line with company policies. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with production and stores teams to understand material requirements, and updating purchase records in ERP or similar systems. The Purchase Executive will collaborate closely with finance and operations to support cost-effective purchasing and consistent supply for ongoing projects.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical. Fresher/Experienced:
- Solid procurement and purchase management skills, including Fresher/Experience with Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
- Ability to manage Purchase Management processes, such as vendor selection, negotiation, and order follow-up.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
