Job Overview:
As a Production and Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our manufacturing processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues, optimize workflows, and implement quality control measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Support: Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Quality Assurance: Develop, implement,
and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet the company’s quality standards. Perform routine inspections and testing on products to detect defects or inconsistencies.
- Process Improvement: Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Suggest and implement process optimization techniques.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality or production issues and lead root cause analysis. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate production and quality records, including inspection reports, process flowcharts, and compliance documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
