Position 1: COATING MANAGER
- Position 2: COATING SUPERVISOR

Department: Shell Room / Coating

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise shell room & coating operations
- Monitor slurry viscosity, stucco sizing, pH levels & drying conditions
- Maintain shell room temperature & humidity control systems
- Handle refractory materials such as zircon, alumina, colloidal silica & ceramic flour
- Prevent shell defects like cracking, spalling, shell breakage & metal penetration
- Ensure proper shell coating and drying sequence
- Improve shell strength, coating consistency & production efficiency
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for process optimization
- Train and guide shell room manpower
- Maintain quality documentation and process records

Educational Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Materials Science

Experience & Salary:
COATING MANAGER
- Experience: 8 to 10 Years
- Salary: Up to ₹1.50 Lakh Per Month

COATING SUPERVISOR
- Experience: 3 to 4 Years




- Salary: Up to ₹70,000 Per Month

Reporting Structure:
- Coating Manager Reporting to Director
- Coating Supervisor Reporting to Coating Manager / Director

Job Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Monday
