Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer responsible for conducting outbound calls to businesses across the United Kingdom. The primary objective of this role is to introduce the company’s products and service offerings, engage decision-makers, qualify potential clients, and generate high-quality sales leads for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to UK-based businesses using provided databases and lead sources.
- Introduce and clearly present the company’s products and service offerings to prospective clients.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within organizations.
- Understand customer needs through structured questioning and discovery conversations.
- Qualify prospects based on predefined lead qualification criteria.
- Generate and schedule qualified appointments or leads for the sales/business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.




- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive brand image during all interactions.
- Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines while maintaining a natural conversational approach.
- Provide market feedback and insights gathered during customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or explicit international accent preferred).
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and outbound sales engagement.
- Ability to communicate professionally with UK-based business clients.
- Good listening and questioning skills to identify customer requirements.
- Self-motivated with target-driven mindset.
