Job Description: Butler (Junior & Senior):
Location: Worli, Mumbai
Client Profile: HNI Residence

Position & Compensation:
- Senior Butler (1 position - Male): Up to 9 LPA

Role Overview:
The Butler will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal service to the family and guests, maintaining formal hospitality standards, and supporting daily household service operations. The Senior Butler will additionally supervise junior butlers and coordinate with the House Manager.

Key Responsibilities (All Butlers):
- Provide skilled table service, meal service, and beverage service
- Attend to the daily service needs of family members with discretion
- Prepare guest areas, dining spaces, and formal seating arrangements
- Assist during events, meetings, and social gatherings
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas




- Handle pantry management, crockery, glassware, and silverware
- Ensure proper etiquette, grooming, and service standards

Responsibilities - Senior Butler:
- Supervise and guide junior butlers
- Coordinate service schedules and duty rosters
- Act as a bridge between the House Manager and service staff
- Ensure consistency in service quality and guest experience

Desired Profile:
- Experience in HNI residences, luxury hotels, or private estates
- Knowledge of formal service, etiquette, and hospitality standards
- Polite, well-spoken, disciplined, and well-groomed personality
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
