Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation
- Plan and execute social development initiatives as per project objectives.
- Ensure timely implementation of project activities in the assigned area.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
- Support achievement of project targets and outcomes.

Community Mobilization & Stakeholder Engagement
- Mobilize community members for project participation.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government departments, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct awareness programs, village meetings, and community consultations.
- Facilitate beneficiary identification and selection processes.

Training & Capacity Building
- Organize training programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Support formation and strengthening of community groups and institutions.
- Conduct need assessments and community surveys.
- Provide guidance and support to beneficiaries and field teams.

Monitoring & Documentation
- Collect, compile,



and maintain project data and beneficiary records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports.
- Maintain project MIS and documentation.
- Support impact assessments, surveys, and evaluation activities.

Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with project teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Submit progress reports and field updates to management.
- Facilitate project reviews, audits, and donor visits.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines and reporting requirements.

Field Visits
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities and provide technical support.
- Identify implementation challenges and recommend solutions.
- Ensure effective utilization of project resources.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
