Heritage Architects is looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Visualizer - Interior Design to join our design team in Dehradun.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong skills in 3D modelling and interior rendering:
- Good understanding of interior design, space planning and furniture placement
- Ability to create realistic materials, textures, lighting and environments
- Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion or similar visualization software:
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD:
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other image-editing software
- Ability to understand 2D plans, elevations and design drawings
- Positive understanding of colours, materials, furniture, lighting and interior finishes
- Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A strong 3D visualization portfolio is required

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D interior models and photorealistic renders:
- Convert AutoCAD drawings,



sketches and design concepts into detailed 3D models
- Develop interior visualizations for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, offices, hotels, commercial spaces and other projects
- Create realistic lighting, materials, textures and furniture arrangements
- Prepare different camera angles and presentation views for client approvals
- Work on ceiling designs, wall treatments, furniture concepts, flooring patterns and interior detailing
- Make design and rendering revisions based on architect or client feedback
- Coordinate with architects and interior designers to accurately represent design intent
- Assist in preparing client presentations and design proposals
- Maintain proper project files, models, textures and rendering assets
- Ensure consistency and quality in all visualization work
- Deliver projects according to assigned timelines
