About the Role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate the offer process.

Stakeholder Management




- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.

Recruitment MIS & Reporting
- Track key recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-joining ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Prepare regular hiring reports for management.
- Maintain proper documentation of recruitment activities.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with hiring deadlines.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
