About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts across Indian and international e-commerce platforms.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and stock availability across all marketplaces.
- Process and manage orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and marketplace advertisements.
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitor activities to improve business growth.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain excellent seller ratings.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Identify new opportunities to increase sales across domestic and international markets.

- Experience with product listing optimization, catalog management, and marketplace SEO.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
- Experience in running marketplace promotions and advertisements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
