Role & Responsibilities:
Accountant - Job Description
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.:
- Prepare and manage books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers
- Prepare financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and monitor cash & bank transactions
- Maintain accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Use Advanced Excel for MIS reports, data analysis, reconciliation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and dashboards.
- Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records as per statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government departments when required.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime:
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and TDS:
- Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel:
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance
- At least one year experience in CA Firm.

CTC: 3.0 to 4.2 LPA

Job Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi - 110034.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
