We are looking for a dedicated and people-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. The role will be responsible for supporting and managing key HR functions while ensuring a positive and engaging employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related queries.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and relevant reports.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
- Support attendance, leave, performance, and other HR processes.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal communications.
- Build positive relationships with employees and address HR-related concerns appropriately.
- Support employee welfare and workplace culture initiatives.




- Assist management and teams with HR-related requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.
- Handle other HR activities and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Professional approach with strong people-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities effectively.
- Valuable understanding of basic HR practices and processes.
- Previous experience in HR is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
