Job Title: School Coordinator

Organization: Weeones School Foundation
Location: Jasola Vihar, New Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the school.
- Supervise teachers, nannies, and support staff.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment at the centre.
- Coordinate admissions, enquiries, and parent interactions.
- Handle fee collection follow-ups and maintain student records.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Plan and coordinate school events, activities, and parent meetings.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and operational standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the management.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding HR, administration, and operational requirements.
- Resolve parent concerns professionally and maintain high satisfaction levels.




- Support admission counselling and work towards achieving admission targets.
- Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in school administration, preschool coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Positive attitude with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in preschool/daycare operations.
- Parent counselling and customer relationship management.
- Team management and coordination.
- Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation.
