Position: Junior Accountant

Salary Range:₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime/ERP with accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform accurate accounting data entry and maintain proper financial records.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents before recording transactions.
- Prepare journal, payment, receipt, and contra vouchers.
- Assist in processing vendor payments and maintaining accounts payable records.
- Record customer receipts and maintain accounts receivable records.
- Prepare and reconcile vendor and customer account statements.
- Maintain daily bank transaction records and prepare bank reconciliation statements.
- Assist in GST and TDS data preparation, reconciliation, and statutory documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, agreements,



and other accounting documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Support monthly book closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting MIS reports as required by the Finance team.
- Assist during statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits by providing required documents and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification, documentation, and payment-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, financial controls, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
- Support the Senior Accountant and Finance & Accounts Head in day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in accounting processes.
