Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Recruitment): Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various roles.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience for current hires and manage smooth exit processes when necessary.

Employee Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive, and highly motivated work environment through team-building activities, feedback loops, and open communication.

Performance Management: Oversee the annual performance review cycle, assist in setting KPIs, and facilitate constructive feedback sessions.

Policy Formulation: Develop, update, and implement company policies, employee handbooks, and codes of conduct in alignment with business goals.

Payroll & Compliance: Coordinate payroll processing,



track attendance/leaves, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Grievance Redressal: Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, resolving conflicts and addressing grievances in a fair and timely manner.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: MBA, PGDM, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Tools: Proficiency in HRMS/ATS software, major job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed), and MS Office (Excel, Word).
