Requirements & Skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Insert Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, local language].
- Interpersonal Skills: Confident telephone etiquette, active listening, and persuasive ability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any stream.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with MS Excel, and comfort using job portals.
