Position: Senior SEO Executive

Experience: 1.5-2 years

Salary: Up to ₹14,000/month (In-Hand) + Performance based incentives

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and website audits
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs and internal linking
- Execute link-building and off-page SEO strategies
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks and SEO performance
- Work with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Conduct technical SEO checks and prepare performance reports
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Coordinate with content, design and development teams

Requirements:
- 1.5-2 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page,



Technical and Local SEO
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest or similar tools
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structure and WordPress
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Must have a personal laptop suitable for professional SEO work

Working Hours & Weekly Off:
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday - Fixed Weekly Off
- Alternate Saturdays - Half Day (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
- Remaining Saturdays - Weekly Off
