The Tatva is growing fast, and we're expanding our Finance & Accounts team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to numbers, keeping things organised, and ensuring the financial side of the business runs smoothly.

We're hiring a Finance & Accounts Manager (3-5 Years Experience).

Job Location: Noida, Sector 59 (Onsite)

What you'll be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations
- Processing payroll and ensuring PF, ESIC, TDS, GST, and statutory compliance
- Handling vendor payments, invoices, reconciliations, and follow-ups
- Maintaining financial records and preparing reports for management
- Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Ensuring accuracy across all financial transactions and documentation

You'll fit in well if:




- You have 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting
- You're comfortable handling accounts independently end-to-end
- You have strong knowledge of payroll, compliances, GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC
- You're detail-oriented and good with numbers
- You enjoy taking ownership and solving problems proactively
- You're comfortable working in a fast-moving startup setting

Bonus:
- Experience working with startups, media companies, or digital businesses
- Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting tools

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
