Position: Tele Sales Executive - Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential buyers and generated leads.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and project benefits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and property presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in deal closures.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales or Tele Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and client conversion.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Professional attitude with excellent client-handling skills.
