In this role, you will
- Manage and resolve complex partner and operational issues involving contracting, pricing, inventory, invoicing, cancellations, refunds, content, and customer complaints.
- Serve as an escalation point for high-impact or recurring cases, partnering with Account Management, Product, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and Supply teams to deliver timely, sustainable resolutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of how Activities products are sold across Expedia Group channels, and use this expertise to guide partners and internal stakeholders on best practices.
- Identify trends, root causes, and operational pain points, then recommend and implement process, workflow, and technology improvements.
- Support partner supply onboarding, testing, documentation, tool adoption, and policy or process rollouts.
