Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with Shopify knowledge who has solid hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and understands e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing - Primary Responsibility

Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Develop performance marketing strategies to generate leads, sales, and revenue.

Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions, and revenue.

Conduct audience research, campaign testing, and budget optimization.

Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences,



ad copies, and landing pages.

Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.

Analyze campaign and website data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate with the creative and social media teams for ad creatives and campaigns.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Identify issues affecting campaign performance and recommend solutions.

Work on e-commerce campaigns with a focus on improving sales and ROAS.

Shopify - Secondary Responsibility

Manage and update the Shopify backend.

Upload and manage products, collections, pricing, images, and website content.

Make basic changes to Shopify themes and website sections.

Manage Shopify apps and marketing integrations.

Create and update basic landing pages.

Make basic HTML/CSS/Liquid changes where required.
