If you love talking to people, solving problems, and building long-term relationships — this one's for you. As our Customer Relationship Manager, you'll be the friendly voice our clients trust and the reason they stay with us.

What You'll Do
- Handle client calls, queries, and follow-ups with a smile
- Build strong, lasting relationships with current and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to make sure every client is taken care of
- Maintain records and share regular updates with the team

What We're Looking For
- Minimum graduate in any discipline
- Smart, confident, and well-presented
- Excellent communication skills in [Hindi & English]
- Active, energetic, and target-driven attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, MS Office)
