Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for D Succeed Learners. You will be responsible for identifying high-value business opportunities, managing end-to-end B2B/B2C sales pipelines, closing strategic accounts for IT/non-IT corporate training programs, and mentoring junior sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets through key account acquisition.
- Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and pitch certification and corporate training solutions to prospective clients and enterprises.
- Pitch high-ticket IT and non-IT career development courses to prospective learners and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients,



enterprise accounts, and individual professionals.
- Mentor, train, and guide junior sales executives to improve team conversion rates and process efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Handling Inside sales

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of consistent target achievement in EdTech, Corporate Training, or SaaS sales.
- Exceptional negotiation, closing, and enterprise account management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presentation ability.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and sales pipeline tracking.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
