A1 SKC Food Products Pvt Ltd is a growing food products company committed to delivering quality products to retailers and consumers across Tamil Nadu. We are expanding our sales team to strengthen our market presence in the Redhills and Gummudipoondi regions.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory (Redhills, Gummudipoondi, and surrounding areas).
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and kirana stores.
- Plan and execute daily beat / route coverage as per the PJP (Permanent Journey Plan).
- Drive primary and secondary sales, ensure proper stock placement, and maintain product visibility at retail outlets.
- Identify recent business opportunities, onboard new retailers, and expand market reach.
- Monitor competitor activity,



pricing, and schemes; report market intelligence to the management.
- Ensure timely order booking, dispatch follow-up, and payment collection from distributors/retailers.
- Execute promotional schemes, merchandising, and brand activation at the outlet level.
- Maintain daily sales reports (DSR), call reports, and update the reporting manager regularly.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in FMCG, food products, dairy, bakery, snacks, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of the Redhills, Gummudipoondi, Ponneri, Tiruvallur belt is highly preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi an added advantage).
- Ability to handle distributors and a wide retailer network.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and smartphone-based sales apps.
