Are you a hustle-driven salesperson with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry? As the Territory Sales Manager (Delhi), you will be the face of our brand on the ground. You will be responsible for expanding our retail presence, managing distributor networks, and driving secondary sales across key beauty outlets, counters, and modern trade stores in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets, beauty stores, and multi-brand outlets (MBOs) across Delhi to increase brand visibility and penetration.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retailers, distributors, and store managers to ensure seamless stock rotation.
- Sales Targets: Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets for the Delhi territory.
- Stock & Inventory Control: Ensure 100% product availability at the shelves; monitor inventory levels and coordinate with distributors for timely replenishment.
- Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and manage a team of in-store Beauty Advisors (BAs)



to maximize daily counter sales and ensure premium visual merchandising.
- Market Intelligence: Keep a close eye on competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends, and provide regular feedback to the core marketing team.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or Territory Lead, ideally within the skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industries.
- Delhi Market Knowledge: Deep geographical understanding of Delhi’s key retail markets.
- Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, pitch presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Hindi and English.
- Drive: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable spending 80% of their time on the field.
- Education: Graduate in any stream including Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus but not mandatory).
