Skill - Smart & Confident Team Handling Exp. Good in MIS & Team Handling

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily fleet operations, vehicle movement, dispatch, route planning, and vehicle utilization
- Ensure preventive maintenance, timely servicing, repairs, fitness renewals, insurance, PUC, and statutory compliance
- Monitor fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, tyre and battery life, and overall fleet budget control
- Maintain vehicle uptime with downtime below 5% and ensure 100% scheduled servicing adherence
- Supervise drivers and fleet staff, ensuring discipline, productivity, safety, and compliance
- Handle accident vehicles, breakdowns, incident reporting, and corrective actions
- Manage vendor relationships, workshops, service providers, insurance agencies, and ensure SLA compliance
- Track contractual obligations and identify vendor deviations




- Prepare MIS reports, KPIs, budgets, SOPs, and operational performance reviews
- Support audits, fleet branding requirements, and operational excellence initiatives

Experience Required:
- 15+ years of experience in fleet management, transport operations, logistics, or commercial fleet handling
- Mandatory experience in managing company-owned fleet operations

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, compliance, and vendor management
- Cost control, budgeting, and MIS reporting expertise
- Solid leadership, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet management systems

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
