Role Description The Regional Sales Manager- Printing and Packaging Industries is a full
- time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for identifying and

developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and

expanding market presence for PP woven and nonwoven bag printing and conversion

machines.



Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting customers, conducting product

demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving regional sales

targets. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the technical and

production teams to understand product capabilities, provide customer feedback, and

ensure timely delivery and installation. The role also involves market research, competitor

analysis, participation in trade shows or industry events, and regular reporting on sales

performance and forecasts.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development within printing, packaging, or

industrial machinery sectors.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing B2B

deals.
- Ability to understand technical product features and explain machinery advantages in

clear, practical terms.
